1. Acceptance
By using morbleulayerco.click you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. A paid engagement starts only when both sides have signed a proposal or statement of work. Browsing the site does not create that contract.
2. The services
Morbleulayerco provides cross-platform architecture, framework design, colour-themed UI systems, and related consulting. Pages on this site describe the kind of work we do. They are not a quotation. Scope, timetable, and price are set out in writing for each engagement.
3. Intellectual property
Frameworks, colour systems, text, and graphics we create stay our intellectual property until a statement of work says otherwise. We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use delivered materials inside the project named in that statement of work. You keep ownership of materials you give us. You must not resell our frameworks as a product of your own, and we must not claim your pre-existing product as ours.
The website content is protected. You may share a link. You may not copy the site design or text for another business.
4. Your responsibilities
You provide accurate briefs, timely access to systems you want reviewed, and people who can make decisions. Final implementation inside your environment remains your responsibility unless the statement of work says we will implement it. Advice is based on what you tell us and what we can inspect.
5. Fees
This website does not take payment and does not create a subscription. Fees, expenses, and invoicing terms are in the proposal. Unless that proposal says otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days. Work can pause if an invoice is overdue. Either side may end an engagement as the proposal describes, or on 14 days’ written notice if the proposal is silent, paying for work done up to that date.
6. Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other’s non-public business and technical information confidential and uses it only for the engagement. This does not cover information that is already public, already known without a duty of confidence, or required by law to be disclosed.
7. Acceptable use of the site
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to probe or break it, no unsolicited bulk messages, and no unlawful content in a brief. We may ignore an enquiry that looks automated or abusive. A hidden field on the forms is there to catch automated submissions; people should leave it empty.
8. Liability
The site is provided for general information. Architecture choices depend on your systems, so we do not promise a particular commercial outcome from reading these pages alone.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that the law of Scotland and the rest of the United Kingdom does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect loss arising from use of the website. For a signed engagement, liability is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim, unless the proposal sets a different cap.
We are not liable for downtime caused by a third-party service or by applying our guidance outside the agreed scope.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. The courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer in another part of the United Kingdom you may also use the courts of your home country where the law gives you that right. We do not rely on any offshore jurisdiction.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The version that applies to an engagement is the one in force when the statement of work is signed, plus any change you later accept. Questions: [email protected] or +44 7916908638, 48 Farme Castle Ct, Rutherglen, Glasgow G73 1AA, UK.
